It will be held on April 1-5, 2019 – at Frascati National Laboratories – the INternational School on modern PhYsics and REsearch – INSPYRE. Now in its ninth edition, the LNF school is going to welcome several institutes from different Italian regions and from all over the world.

The brand new Visitor Centre of the Frascati National Laboratories has been inaugurated today, October 4th 2018, at the presence of INFN President Fernando Ferroni, the LNF Director Pierluigi Campana, the Vice-president of Regione Lazio, Massimiliano Smeriglio and the Major of Frascati, Roberto Mastrosanti.

The beauty of science is the protagonist once again. The winners of the 2018 edition of Global Physics Photowalk have been announced on 30th September. It is an international contest which welcomes both professional and amateur photographers to the major laboratories around the world, suggesting them to capture protagonists and typical moments of life in a research centre.

At LNF the night will glow with the passion for Physics: Frascati National Laboratories join a new edition of the European Researchers’ Night

It will start next January LNF 2019 Educational, a new edition of the yearly program addressed to Students, Teachers and General Public.

It will be held on 10–12 October the 18th edition of Incontri di Fisica 2018, an educational and training course in Modern Physics for high school teachers from all over Italy organized by the INFN Frascati National Laboratories.

We are pleased to announce that among the winners of the 2018 edition of the “100 Award for the Centenary” there is also a colleague of ours, the INFN-LNF researcher Catalina Oana Curceanu.

Again this year the Frascati National Laboratories had the chance to contribute to the growth of the interest of young generations in the fascinating and complex world of particle physics.

Again this year the Frascati National Laboratories get ready to host about 100 high school students from all over Italy.
